UPS maintenance & annual contracts
Multi-brand UPS servicing on-site wherever you operate, on the units we supplied and on the units already installed at your site. Preventive visits catch battery and component wear before it causes downtime, and an emergency callout line covers the moments a UPS trips without warning.

What We Do
Keep UPS units reliable from installation to end of life
Preventive maintenance visits
Scheduled inspection of load, battery health, ventilation, and connections, so wear shows up on a checklist, not as an outage.
Battery testing & replacement
Load and capacity testing on every visit, with cells replaced before they drag the whole string down.
Emergency callout & repair
A call-out line for UPS units that trip, alarm, or drop load, with response priority defined per contract.
AMC plans tiered by criticality
Contract tiers matched to how critical the protected load is, from a single office UPS to a data hall with N+1 redundancy. Response priority and visit frequency are defined per contract, in writing.
Remote monitoring & alerts
Network cards and monitoring software configured to flag battery, load, and mains-failure events before they become site visits.
Load assessment & right-sizing
A site survey to confirm the UPS still matches the load connected to it, ahead of growth or a new equipment rollout.
End-of-life replacement & disposal
Planned replacement of ageing units and batteries, with old batteries handled for disposal rather than left on site.
Brands We Service
We maintain UPS units across brands, including the ones we did not originally supply. Tecnoware is our own stocked line, supplied ex-stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
UPS maintenance questions
How often should a UPS be serviced?
Most sites run a preventive visit two to four times a year, matched to load criticality and battery age. Your AMC sets the exact schedule.
When should UPS batteries be replaced?
Three to five years is the typical range for VRLA batteries, depending on load, ambient temperature, and duty cycles. Testing on each visit tells you sooner if a string is degrading faster than that.
Do you service UPS units you did not supply?
Yes. We maintain most major brands, including units bought elsewhere, once we have surveyed the site and confirmed spares availability.
Do you offer emergency callout?
Yes. Emergency callout is included on AMC contracts, with response priority defined per contract rather than a single fixed number for every tier.
Can you resize or replace a UPS that has outgrown its load?
Yes. A load assessment during any maintenance visit will flag when a unit is undersized, and we quote replacement or additional capacity separately.
