Yes. We hold authorised partner and reseller status with our key technology vendors including Axis Communications, Honeywell, Bitdefender, HPE, R&M, and others. All products are sourced through official distribution channels with full manufacturer warranties.

Absolutely. Most of our engagements are bespoke. Our pre-sales team conducts a site survey or technical consultation to understand your requirements, then designs and prices a solution that fits your infrastructure and budget.
Yes. For enterprise-grade products, particularly CCTV, access control, biometrics, and UPS systems, we can arrange demonstrations at our office or on-site. Contact our sales team to schedule.
Yes. Products available in our online store can be purchased directly. For larger or more complex items, we recommend a consultation to ensure compatibility and correct specification.

Installation & Delivery

Yes. Installation, commissioning, and configuration are core services. Our certified engineers handle full project delivery, from cable infrastructure and equipment mounting to software configuration, testing, and user handover.
We deliver and install on-site wherever you operate. Our engineers deploy to your site anywhere a project requires, with remote services delivered worldwide. Contact us to discuss cross-border requirements.
Timelines vary by project scope. A standard CCTV installation for an office floor typically takes 1–3 days. A full building security integration or structured cabling project may take 2–8 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule at the quotation stage.
Yes. All completed installations include as-built drawings, equipment inventory sheets, user credentials documentation, and warranty certificates. These are delivered to the client at project handover.

Annual Maintenance Contracts

Our AMC plans cover scheduled preventive maintenance visits, corrective maintenance for covered faults, software updates, firmware patching, spare parts coverage (depending on tier), and a dedicated support helpdesk. Comprehensive plans also include 24/7 emergency response.
Our team contacts clients 60 days before contract expiry with a renewal proposal. To upgrade your plan or enquire about coverage, contact your account manager or email amc@gepcomtech.com.
Standard AMC: next business day response. Premium AMC: 4-hour response. Critical/24×7 AMC: 2-hour response with on-call engineers. Response times are contractually guaranteed and tracked.
Yes, subject to a site survey and equipment audit. We will assess the condition and compatibility of existing equipment before issuing an AMC proposal for third-party systems.

Payments & Pricing

Submit an enquiry via our Contact Us page or click "Request a Quote" on any product or service page. Our pre-sales team responds within 1 business day with a formal quotation.
Credit terms are available for pre-approved corporate accounts. Standard terms are payment upon delivery or 30 days net for approved accounts. Contact our finance team to apply.
We invoice in UAE Dirhams (AED). Bank transfer (local and international), corporate cheque, and online payment are accepted. For international projects we can invoice in USD on request.
All prices shown in quotations are exclusive of UAE VAT (5%) unless stated otherwise. VAT is itemised separately on all official tax invoices in compliance with FTA requirements.

Technical Support

Email support@gepcomtech.com with your company name, contract number (if applicable), equipment details, and a description of the issue. You will receive a ticket reference within 2 hours during business hours.
Standard support: Sunday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), with cover aligned to your time zone by arrangement. AMC Premium and Critical clients have extended and 24/7 support as per their contract. Emergency on-call is available outside hours for critical systems.
Yes. Many issues are resolved remotely via secure VPN access or remote desktop tools. Our engineers will attempt remote diagnosis and resolution before scheduling an on-site visit, saving you time.
AMC clients with emergency coverage can call our on-call line provided in your contract documentation. Non-AMC clients should email support@gepcomtech.com. The on-call engineer monitors critical alerts and will respond based on severity.
